Hello, I'm Irene Spelta

I am a postdoc at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, working in the group of Bruno Klingler.

Previously, I was a postdoc in Barcelona, at the Centre de Recerca Matemàtica, and at the Università di Pavia. I obtained my PhD in December 2020 under the supervision of Paola Frediani.

My field of research is Algebraic Geometry, with a special interest in algebraic curves, abelian varieties, Hodge Theory, and Torelli Problems.
