I received my master’s in Dynamics and Control with a study on state estimation of nonlinear systems using a swarm-based optimization algorithm. My research interest is mainly focused on Collective Intelligence, Swarm Robotics, Network Science, and Control Theory.

At SCIoI, I work on the project27 “Adaptive distributed collective decision-making of bio-inspired robotic swarms” under the supervision of Pawel Romanczuk and Heiko Hamann. The project aims to understand how network structure, and adaptive decision-making policies on the individual-level can change the collective behavior as a whole; in particular, how these modulations change the balance between speed and accuracy of the collective decision making.
